My happiness swiftly went away having said that when I realized that this mandatory retreat could be using team building activities for adults as a technique to get personnel to perform improved together and be a lot more productive. The whole concept of these leadership and teambuilding retreats was not a thing that I was seeking forward to but no less than I wouldn’t be sitting in a room with no air-conditioning listening to a boring seminar all day.
Once the time arrived when we lastly needed to go on this retreat I was essentially surprised to locate myself having a great time.
